摘要
以人为中心的管理是现代企业管理发展的一种必然要求。本文结合我国优秀企业的实践,论证了以人为中心的管理应注重发挥人在企业中的主体作用,科学管理与情感管理相结合、物质激励与精神激励相结合,要注重企业文化的建设和企业精神的培养。
The way taking human as vital factor is a necessary demand for the development of modern enterprise management.After analyzing the practice of many excellent enterprises,it is expounded and proved that the management taking human as vital factor should lay stress on how to give play to the main out of human in the enterprise;scientific management should combine with emotional management;material reward with moral encouragement.In addition,developing enterprise culture and enterprise spirit are also important.
