摘要
在ＶＲＰ理论的基础上，分析了制造系统变化性与柔性、变化性与成本的关系，得出了相应的结论；另外对现有ＶＲＰ的变化性评估指数体系进行了分析，提出零件产出率和工艺产出率的计算方法，并提出了工艺装备系数、设备系数两个新的辅助评估指数，对评估指数的作用进行了论述。
The relation between variety and flexibility,and the relation between variety and the cost of manufacturing system are studied on the basis of the VRP(Variety Reduction Program)theory.With analysis on the current VRP indices,it presents a calculation approach to product output per part and production output per process.Two new assistant indices namely Jigs and Dies Coefficient and Equipment Coefficient,are also introduced.The function of Indices is described
