摘要
采用文献资料、调查、数理统计等方法对河南省42所普通高校体育资源进行调查研究,结果显示:河南省高校体育资源开发利用和人力资源开发利用水平都不高,总体利用率不到50%;体育场馆资源开放分为有偿开放和无偿开放,两者各有利弊,应有效结合起来,以便获得最大社会效益和经济效益。高校体育资源的开发利用主要受内部、外部和体育人力资源等因素的影响。充分发挥高校体育资源优势向社会开放,对开展全民健身活动、搞活校办体育产业、落实中央文件精神都有重要的意义。
By using literature, surveys, mathematical statistics methods and so on, the authors study the exploiting and using of PE resources＇ opening to society in 42 colleges and universities in Henan Province. Study results showed that： the exploiting and using of PE resources＇ opening to society in colleges and universities is less, the total rate is less than 50% ; two opening modes of PE stadium resources are paid and unpaid, both have their advantages and disadvantages, which should be effectively integrated in order to maximize economic and social benefits. The PE resources＇ opening to society mainly influenced by internal, external and physical education human resources and other factors. We should full use of the PE resources advantages to open to society, it has important meaning to carry the nationwide body - building plan, develop the PE industry and implement the spirit of the central documents.
