耐高温硫硒化镉红色陶瓷釉生产新工艺

NEW METHODS TO PRODUCE RED CdS_xSe_(1-x) GLAZE WITH HIGH-TEMPERATURE RESISTANT

摘要 探讨了硫(硒)化镉红(黄)色釉耐高温性能差的原因;用添加外加剂及ZrO2-SiO2溶胶包裹法制得了耐高温性能优良。 The reasons of red (yellow) CdSxSe1-x glaze with worse high - temperature resistance were investigated with X-ray diffraction. The red (yellow) CdSxSe1-x glaze was obtained with high-temperature resistance and low cost through; (1) adding additives to the red glaze powder, (2)the red glaze powder with additives packed by ZrO2-SiO2 gel. The glaze-firing temperature was raised to (1) 1200℃, (2) 130℃. It can be produced and used without any additional facilities.Zr3Se4 with high-temperature resistance was found in the red glaze by TEM.
