摘要
以聚吡咯为悬浮颗粒相、硅油为分散介质,制备了聚吡咯电流变悬浮液,研究了其导电特性及影响因素结果表明,随着电场强度、颗粒电导率、颗粒浓度、温度的增高,悬浮体系的导电性增大;而随着剪切速率的提高。
In this paper, the electrorheological (ER) suspensions containing polypyrrole particles and silicone oil were prepared. The conductive properties of these suspensions and their influencing factors, Such as field strength, particle concentration, particle conductivity, temperature and shear rate,were investigated as well. The experimental results show that, with the increasing field strength, particle concentration, particle conductivity or temperature, the suspension's conductive property enhances;while with the increasing shear rate, the suspenion's conductive property decreases.
