采用速比为1.2的异步轧制及常规轧制,将0.30mm厚的工业取向硅钢冷轧至0.10mm;在普通氢气炉中退火对退火薄带的再结晶组织、织构和磁性的研究表明:经异步轧制并在1150℃退火的5h中发生了三次再结晶,晶粒度1~3mm、晶粒取向为{110}[001];与冷轧前板材相比,薄带的磁性明显改善:铁攒下降了51%,B8=1.978T,P13/50=0.30mW·g-1P17/50=0.
Commercial grain oriented silicon steel sheet with a thickness of 0.30mm was cold rolled to 0.10mm by the cross shear rolling (CSR) mill with a mismatch speed ratio 1.2 and by the conventional rolling, respectively The thin strips were annealed at 1050℃, 1100℃ and 1150℃ for 5 h in a normal hydrogen atmosphere furnace. It has shown that tertiary recrystallization may occur in the strip produced by the CSR followed by 1050℃ 5h hydrogen annealing, while the grain orientations turn to be parallel to the {110}[001], and the grain size are 1~3mm. As compared the original sheet,the core loss of strip produced by the CSR followed by 1050℃ 5h hydrogen annealing decreases by an amount of 51%, and the magnetic properties are improved significantly. the magnetic properties of this sheet are as follows: B8 = 1.978T, P13/50 = 0.30mW.g-1, P17/50 = 0.72mW.g-1.
