摘要
用超声将平均粒径40nm的钛粉均匀分散到聚碳硅烷中,通过烙融纺丝、不烙化处理、烧结,制备出力学性能良好、电阻率连续可调的含钛碳化硅纤维这种纤维与环氧树脂复合成结构吸波材料。
Nano Ti particles with average size of 40nm were dispersed into polycarbosilane (PCS) homogeneouely by ultra-sonic and subsequently SiC ceramic fibers containing Ti, with good mechanic properties and continuous controllable resistivity, were prepared by melt spinning, curing treatment and sintering. The tri-layer structure microwave absorber composed of the SiC fibers and epoxy resin have good microwave-absorbing properties.
