摘要
对CeO_2-Mgo-ZrO_2系固溶体的XPS和XRD研究结果表明:在1700℃烧结和随后的1200℃处理过程中,Ce4十被还原成Ce3+.离子半径的差别使立方相的晶格常数增大,氧的结合能增大,镁的结合能减小热处理时,Ce离子在MgO编析后仍稳定存在于ZrO2晶格中,使立方ZrO2发生与传统Mg-PSZ不同的分解反应:c-ZrO2→c′-ZrO2+t-ZrO2+MgO.
XPS and XRD results of CeO2-MgO-ZrO2 system showed that Ce4+ content decreased gradually while Ce3+ content increased when the material was sintered at 1700℃ andheat-treated at 1200℃. The lattice constant of cubic zirconia and binding energy of O ion increased,and the binding energy of Mg ion decreased resulted from the process that Ce4+ reduced to Ce3+.Furthermore, during heat treatment process, even magnesia precipitated from zirconia, cerium ion existed in cubic zirconia stably which ied to the new decomposition reaction f c-ZrO2→C'-ZrO2+t-ZrOa+MgO, difFering from the eutectoid decomposition reaction of traditional Mg-PSZ.
