摘要
采用臂长为1.3m的离心机实现1、5、10、15g(1g=9.8m·s-2)四个重力水平;利用Bridgman法使Ph-Sn共晶单向凝固,以观察重力对凝固组织的影响结果表明,随重力水平的提高,共晶晶团尺寸减小,而共晶相间距不变。
A centrifuge with of radius 1.3m is used to achieve four gravity levels (1g, 5g, 10g and 15g, 1g=9.8m.s-2). For observing and analyzing the difference of solidification morphology in various gravity levels, the eutectic Pb-Sn is directionaIly solidified in high gravity using Bridgman technique.Experimental results show that the size of eutectic cell in high-gravity is smaller than that of 1g, and that the Pb-Sn eutectic interphase spacing at the various gravity levels has little partial difference,which indicate that the buoyancy convection don't influent the exchange of solute between the eutectic phases.
