摘要
根据自行研制的一套悬臂式超声振动车削装置,本文就车刀等附加振量对变幅杆固有系统频率的影响进行了初步研究。车削对比试验表明,各项指标均比普通车削有所提高。
Based on the behaviour of an ultrasonic vibration cutting device of cantilever type,which is developed by the authors,this paper tends to study the additional vibration quantity effcct of the lathe tool and ot- hers upon the intrinsic systematic frequency of the changing extent bar.The contrast test shows that all the targets set by the ultrasonic vibration cutting are superior to those of the ordinary cutting.
