摘要
循证医学(Evidence-based medicine,EBM)要求医生负责、明确、深思熟虑的应用已有的最佳临床证据为每一个病人制定临床诊疗方案,在临床实践中起到越来越重要的作用。循证医学教育模式是医学教育与临床实践相结合,实现高效终身学习的良好临床医学模式,是当今医学教育的重要发展方向。将其应用于麻醉临床教学中,可以有效解决学生主动性差,知识层面参差不齐等问题。本文就循证医学教育模式在麻醉临床教学中的应用做一讨论,以期为麻醉教育提供有益参考。
Evidence-based medicine(EBM) requires doctors to use the optimal clinical evidence in clinical decision for each patient.It shows an increasing importance in clinical practice.EBM teaching model is one that combine medical teaching with clinical practice and achieves effective lifelong learning.Therefore,it is an important direction of medical education development.By applying EBM in clinical teaching of anesthesiology,some problems such as students' poor learning initiative and various levels of knowledge background can be solved.This paper discusses the application of EBM in clinical teaching of anesthesiology to provide beneficial reference for the teaching of anesthesiology.
