摘要
目的了解和掌握贵州省镇宁县社区居民碘盐食用情况,确保居民食用合格碘盐。方法按《全国碘盐监测方案》及《贵州省碘盐监测方案》随机抽样的方法,抽取全县9个乡(镇、街道)、村(居委会)居民食用盐碘含量进行监测,按GB/13025.7-1999氧化还原法测定。结果合计检测1440份盐样,居民食用碘盐合格率为94.8%,其中,2004年合格率为93.4%,2005年合格率为93.1%,2006年合格率为93.4%,2007年合格率为96.5%,2008年合格率为97.6%。结论该县居民食用碘盐的合格率较高。
[ Objective ] To understand the consumption status of iodized salt of community residents in Zhenning County, ensure the qualified iodized salt consumption. [ Methods] According to ＂Scheme for National Iodinated Salt Surveillance＂ and ＂Scheme for Iodinated Salt Surveillance of Guizhou Province ＂, the salt samples were selected from 9 townships （ towns and streets ） and 36 villages （neighborhood committee） randomly, and the content of iodine determined by oxidation -reduction method of GB/13025.7 -1999. [ Results] 1440 iodized salt samples were tested with the qualified rate of 94.8%, in which the qualified rate of iodized salt in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 was 93.4%, 93.1%, 93.4%, 96.5% and 97.6%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The qualified rate of iodized salt consumption of community residents is good in this county.
