摘要 哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)是很有希望的抗肿瘤药物的新靶点,针对mTOR的小分子抑制剂已成为国内外药物研究的热点,目前已有药物获美国药品食品管理局批准上市。本文综述mTOR信号通路的研究进展,以及国外mTOR抑制剂的开发进展。 Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a promising new target for anticancer drugs. Small molecule inhibitors of mTOR have became a hot spot in tumor therapy, and two of them have been approved by the FDA. This review described the progress of mTOR signaling pathway, as well as preclinical and clinical research of roTOR inhibitors.
