摘要
张伯苓"知中国、服务中国"的办学理念是在中国特殊的社会背景下形成的,是爱国主义和实用主义的本质体现。其内涵主要表现在三个方面:"痛矫时弊,育才救国"的教育目的,"五项训练"的"公能"人才培养目标和"土货化"的实用主义办学方针。这一特色鲜明的办学理念给我国高等教育的启示是:立足国情,结合社会需要办学;与时俱进,培养适合社会所需人才;勇于改革,全面提高人才培养质量。
Zhang Boling' s school -running ideology "knowing China, serving China" is based on Chinese special background, reflecting the essence of patriotism and pragmatism. The thoughts include three aspects : correcting defects to save China in that time by training talents, the practical idea of localization on school - running policy, five - item training for almightiness on educating students. This distinctive characteristic school - running ideology shows an important reference and enlightenment for today' s higher education in China:combining social needs on the basis of the national condition; catching up with the times to cultivate the talents; having the courage to reform to improve the quality of talents training.
