摘要
针对我国中小物流企业的信息化程度偏低，物流信息化开发市场存在一定的开发价值等问题，分析了我国中小型物流企业现存的问题．以及构建面向区域中小型公共物流信息平台的必要性，提出了在当地政府的指导干预下，构建我国中小物流企业公共信息平台系统的观点，并对公共物流信息平台进行需求分析和功能设计，为中小型物流企业公共物流信息平台设计提供依据.
According to the problems of the low level of informatization about small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in our country and there is some vaule in developing the informatization market. Analysis the problems of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises existing in our country, as well as the necessity of setting up information platform for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. Put forward to establish set up information platform for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises under the support of local governmnet, then analysis necessity and designs function of information platform, provide a basis for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the design of public logistics information platform.
