摘要
利用AR550流变仪研究了高浓木浆与草浆混合黑液的流变特性与粘温效应(35~75℃),发现浓度越高,粘度对温度的依赖性越大。与纯木浆或草浆黑液不同的是,在较宽的剪切速率范围内(10~104s-1),随着剪切速率的增加,混合黑液呈现了较明显的剪切稀化特性;因受到浓度增大的影响,超过一定温度后,反而有低剪切粘度的突变。在线性粘弹范围内进行频率扫描,发现黑液浓度越高,越呈现较强的弹性性质。
The rheological properties and the dependence of apparent viscosity on temperature (35-75℃) were studied with AR550 type rheometer. The experimental results showed that the higher the concentration of mixed black liquor, the larger the dependence of apparent viscosity on temperature. Unlike wood pulping black liquor or straw stalk pulping black liquor, the mixed black liquor demonstrated significant shear-thinning characteristic with the increment of shear rate under a wider rang of shear-rate (10-104s-1); However, due to the impact of the concentration increasing, low-shear apparent viscosity of mixed black liquor changed suddenly exceeding a certain temperature. During the linear viscoelastic region, the frequency sweep measurement of mixed black liquor indicated that the higher the concentration, the more remarkable elasticity.
