摘要
针对自动纸箱包装机工艺的特点和控制要求,采用PCC和ACOPOS伺服电机进行包装控制,并采用多电机同步伺服技术、触摸屏操作和快速成型技术,使包装纸箱的生产实现了智能自动化。实际生产结果证明,该方案可以满足厂方要求的各项指标,可靠地实现了自动化装箱包装过程,并提高了生产水平和经济效益。该方案为实现纸箱包装自动化提供了良好的基础。
In accordance with the technological features and control requirements of automatic carton packing machine, the packing control is conducted by adopting PCC and ACOPOS servo motor, and the application of technologies of muhi-motor synchronous servo, touch screen operation and fast speed forming makes the production of packing cartons automatic and intelligent. The practical productive result verifies that the strategy meets various indexes requested by the factory, it implements automatic packing procedures and enhances the productive level and economical benefits. The strategy provides excellent foundation for implementing automation of carton packing business.
