稀土对铜及铜合金力学性能和组织结构的影响 被引量:1

Effects on the Machinic Property and Metallographic Strueture of Copper and Its Alloy by Adding Rare-Earth

摘要 在真空中熔炼和浇铸含有微量稀土的铜合金,拉伸试验和金相观察表明,在Cu中加入0.2%∑Re,使延伸率δ有明显提高。在含2%Zn的铜合金中分别加入0.2%的∑Rs和Y,σ_b和δ均有一定提高,尤其Cu-Zn-Y合金的σ_b提高更为突出,即相对于Cu-Zn合金增长23%。而在含2%Cd的Cu-Cd合金中加入0.1%Y,使σ_b和δ相对增长6.3%和11.8%。上述大部分结果可用稀土降低铜和铜合金中有害杂质的净化作用解释。对于Cu-Zn-Y合金的性能改善,除净化作用因素外,还与稀土细化合金晶粒有关。 The Copper alloy containing a few rare-earth is melted in vacuum. It is shown that δ of copper alloy with 0.2% ΣRe is obviously increased. Adding 0.2% ΣRe and Y into the copper alloy contaiing 2% Zn, σ_b and δ are increased definitely. Specially, δ of Cu-Zn-Y alloy is increased more obviously, namely, it has been raised 23% in respect to Cu-Zn alloy. But adding 0.1% Y into Cu-Cd alloy containing 2% Cd, σ_b and δ has been relatively raised 6.3% and 11.8%, Many results aobve can be explained as the refining action of the rare-earth. For the property improvement of Cu-Zn-Y alloy, except the factor of refining action, it is related to the factor that grain size of the alloy containing rare-earth is decreased.
