摘要
采用《汉语失语症检查法》为诊断和疗效判定依据 ,观察以清心醒神开窍为主针刺治疗 ,对中风失语症患者自发谈话、口语理解、复述、命名 4项基本言语功能及言语相关症状的影响。结果表明 ,针刺明显改善失语患者的言语功能 ,同时可以纠正言语相关症状 ,是中风失语症康复过程中不可缺少的治疗措施。
Examination Methods of Aphasia for Chin ese'was used for basis of diagnosis and assessment of therapeutic effects and effects of acupuncture treatment of removi ng heat from the heart to restore the conciousness as main,on the four basic ling uistic functions,spontaneous conversation,understanding of spoken lan guage,retelling and nomenclature,and lan guage relative symptoms were observed in the patient of aphasia from apoplexy．Re sults show that acupuncture improves lin guistic functions of patients of aphasia and corrects language relative symptoms ,and it is an indispensable therapeutic measure in process of recovery of aphasi a from apoplexy．
