摘要
本文首先阐述了信息时代高校人力资源管理面临的挑战,接着综述了高校人力资源管理的信息化建设背景和现状,随后分析了高校人力资源管理信息化系统的构建,最后提出了推进高校人力资源管理信息化建设的对策及建议。
The purpose of the paper is to elaborate on the potential challenges, situations and status quo of human resourced management informatization in colleges and universities. And then the writer attempts to study countermeasures and strategies toward the construction of informatized human resources management.
