摘要
通过己内酰胺及累托石在甲醇钠作催化剂和甲苯二异氰酸酯助催化剂的存在下,原位聚合改性制备尼龙6复合材料,研究了累托石的加入对尼龙6的力学性能、热性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的尼龙6复合材料的弯曲强度、冲击强度等力学性能得以提高,通过改性还使制品的热稳定性和尺寸稳定性明显提高而吸水率大幅度降低。
Using caprolactam and rectories as stocking materials in the toluene diisocyanate as cocatalyst, Nylon 6 composite materials was prepared present of sodium methoxide as catalyst and by in situ polymerization. The effect of rectories on nylon 6 mechanic and thermal properties was studied. The results of research suggest that blending strength and impact strength of modified nylon 6 composite materials was improved, as well as thermal stability and dimensional satibility, however water absorption was decrased greatly.
