摘要
针对房屋工程质量管理的重要性,对房屋工程质量的现状及存在问题作了分析,在此基础上提出了房屋工程质量管理的措施,并对房屋工程竣工后的验收、保护作了论述,以提高工程质量管理水平。
Aiming at the importance of the quality management of house engineering,the paper analyzes the situation for the house engineering quality and its problems,points out measures for the quality management of house engineering,indicates the acceptance and protection for the house engineering after being complete,so as to improve the management of the engineering quality.
