摘要
介绍了高压甲醇催化剂C301型装填前的准备工作,由于铜基催化剂的特殊性,在装填过程用一种较理想的方法保证其不能破碎且装填的均匀,堆密度控制在1.6 g/mL;升温还原采用"两高,两低"的原则,充压过程中严格控制冲压速率,在保证电炉的安全大气量的前提下开电炉进行升温,各个阶段严格控制循环机的大气量,系统的循环氢;等催化剂中的物理水、化学水还原完后恒温、降温,系统转入正常生产。
The paper introduced preparation of C301-type high-pressure rnrthanol catalyst before filling, because of the special naturc of copper-based catalyst, a better way was utilized to ensure that it was not broken and uniform, however, bulk density was controled to be 1.6 g/rnL, heating reduction was under the principle of"two high and low"; starnping speed rate was controlled strictly during stamping process, electric punching furnace was heat up under the premise of safe open-air furnace, air amount speed was strictly controled at all stages, the system should be cooled and kept constant temperature after cyclic hydrogen, physical and chemical water were used up, then the system turned into a normal production.
