摘要
文章采用50%乙醇-水,70%乙醇-水,90%乙醇-水和无水乙醇等几种不同组成的溶剂对药物一点红分别进行超声波和索氏两种不同方法的提取,通过不同溶剂,不同提取时间所得到的提取物的质量变化,比较出两种方法对一点红活性物质的提取效果。结果显示,一点红活性物质的提取率随着萃取剂中乙醇浓度的升高而降低,而超声波提取法优于索氏提取法。
The Emilia sonchifolia is the traditional herbal medicine in China. The Emilia sonchifolia were extracted by 50 % alcohol-water solvent, 70 % alcohol-water solvent, 90 % alcohol-water solvent and pure alcohol in two methods of ultrasonic extraction and soxhlet＇s extraction, respectively. Compared the extracts of the Emilia sonchifolia in different solvent and different extracted time respectively. The results showed that the extracts of Emilia sonchifolia depressed with the increase of the concentration of ethanol in the solvents, and the results also showed that the method of ultrasonic extract was better than the method of soxhlet＇s extract.
