摘要
低碳经济有着非常丰富的内涵和外延,其实质是抛弃以无限消耗碳能源、大量排放温室气体和影响地球环境气候为代价的发展,代之以人、社会和自然的和谐、友好的可持续发展。水泥工业低碳经济是以低能耗、低排放、低污染为基础的经济模式,目的是提高能源利用效率和创建清洁生产机制,减少CO2等温室气体的排放量。水泥工业是资源、能源依赖型产业,也是生产过程中二氧化碳排放量较大的产业,低碳经济与节能减排的目标一致。在建设节约型社会中,水泥工业必须发展低碳经济,作好节能减排工作。本文在叙述了低碳经济的内涵和CO2的主要排放源之后,提出了水泥工业发展低碳经济的模式。
Low-carbon economy has rich intension and extension meaning. The substance of this economy is to abandon the development under unlimited carbon source consumption, heavy greenhouse gas emission and environmental climate influence on the earth, instead the harmonious and friendly sustainable development between human, society and nature. Low-carbon economy of cement industry is an economy mode based on low consumption, low emission and low pollution. The aim is to improve energy source utilization, create clean production mechanism and reduce greenhouse gas emission of CO2. Cement production is an industry rely on source and energy consume and also an industry on heavy CO2 emission during production. The goal of low-carbon economy and energy-saving is identical. In building saving type society, cement industry must develop low-carbon economy, and plan on energy-saving and emission reduction basis. This paper presented an intension of low-carbon economy and gave a low-carbon economy mode in cement industry.
