摘要
地震预报尤其是短临预报是一个复杂的科学问题。淮南市地震局对2009年4月6日发生在安徽肥东的Ms3.5地震曾做出了初步的预测预报,本文就该地震预报的理论依据和前兆异常特征表现进行回顾与总结,以期提高对地震预测预报的综合分析能力。
Earthquake prediction, especially shot-term and impending prediction, is a complex scientific problem. A preliminary prediction of the Ms3.5 Earthquake that happened on April 6^th 2009 in Feidong, Anhui was made by the Earthquake Administration of Huainan City. The theoretic bases and precursor anomalies are reviewed and summarized, in the hopes that comprehensive predicting ability may be improved.
