摘要
根据科技论文网络发表平台发展过程中的3个方面的动态均衡问题(平台参与人的利益动态均衡、平台规模与学术质量的动态均衡、网络平台与传统纸质期刊的动态均衡),构造出科技论文网络发表平台的动态均衡理论模型,采用管理博弈分析、辩证分析等方法,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了问题的解决思路,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
The dynamic equilibrium chiefly including three aspects, including the dynamic equilibrium of benefit among authors, expert and the organization platform, the dynamic equilibrium between the platform scale and the academic quality, the dynamic equilibrium between the network platform and the traditional paper journals. Theoretic model of dynamic equilibrium in the network platform is set up and analyzed, the causes to these problems are analyzed. It proposes the solution on these by using management game and the dialectical. At last, the paper summarizes and prospect to the future research orientation.
