摘要
采取定性与定量分析相结合的方法,应用多元化的数据实证分析目前天津市企业知识产权的现状。研究发现:近年来企业知识产权发展较快,但在知识产权创造、运用、管理及人才培养等方面仍存在诸多不足,知识产权制度运用能力不足,总体看来还处于初级和启蒙阶段。最后,提出了企业知识产权发展的战略思路和针对性建议。
This paper regards enterprises of Tianjin as the research object,takes the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to combine together,analyzes the current situation,insufficient and restriction factor of enterprise＇s intellectual property right in terms of positive analysis. It finds out that development of enterprise＇s intellectual property fight is fast in recent years,but a great deal of shortage exists in such aspects as creation, using, management and personnel training of intellectual property fight,ability to use knowledge property relations is lack,overall to seem, at elementary and enlightener stage. It proposes the strategic thinking and pertinence suggestions of enterprise＇s intellectual property right development finally.
