摘要
通过测试聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂的基本性能,剖析其颗粒内部结构,分析了PVC制品中形成"假鱼眼"的因素。结果表明:树脂颗粒分布较宽、质量平均粒径较大,易使制品形成"假鱼眼";树脂相对分子质量偏大也易使制品形成"假鱼眼";树脂颗粒皮层结构较紧密、颗粒内部孔隙分布不均匀以及孔隙率较低影响了增塑剂的吸收量及吸收时间,是造成PVC制品"假鱼眼"的内在因素。
Based on the tested primary properties of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)resin and the disclosed internal structure of PVC particles,the factors forming 'sham fish eyes' in products made from PVC were analyzed.The results show that the 'sham fish eyes' is inclined to be formed when PVC with wider particle size distribution,larger average particle size per unit mass or relative molecular mass are used.The internal factors forming 'sham fish eyes' are the absorptive amount and time of the plasticizing agent affected by the tight cortex structure, uneven internal pore distribution and lower porosity of the PVC particles.
