摘要
在水利工程项目中,业主方和承包方作为关键利益相关者,目标趋向存在不一致的问题。通过博弈论分析,从业主方角度预测承包方的行为,以建立科学的监督和惩罚机制约束承包方行为,从而有效地规避风险,维护其利益。
During the hydropower project,proprietor group and contractor group, as the key stakeholders,have different goals. Through the game theory analysis to forecast the behavior of contractors, the proprietor group could effectively evade the risk and maintain the profit by establishing scientific supervision and punishment system to restrict the behavior of contractors.
