摘要
建设项目分解结构和编码体系的合理与否在很大程度上决定了整个项目管理工作的绩效水平。作者在介绍信息编码原则和方法的基础上,分析比较了国内外项目信息分类和编码体系的优缺点,并对具体的应用做了进一步探讨。
Whether the breakdown structure and coding system of construction project are reasonable or not decides the performance level of the entire project management to a large degree.In this article, the author analyzes the coding methods and principles based on analyzing and researching the advantages and disadvantages of the information sorting and coding system at home and abroad. Finally, it uses a construction project as an example to further explore the document metadata.
