摘要
专利成果转化公共服务平台建设是遵照十一五我国中长期科技发展规划纲要精神,结合各省专利成果转化实际情况,借助专利成果转化案例,对专利成果转化现状深入研究,提出建立专利成果转化公共服务平台的方案模型。
Public service platform construction of patent achievements transformation is in accordance with the spirit of long-term scientific and technological development of China＇s Eleventh Five-year Plan. It studys in-depth the situation of patent achievements transformation at present and proposes the program model of establishing patent achievements transformation public service platform, combining the actual situation of all provinces, by virtue of patent achievements transformation cases.
