摘要
通过对IT项目特点的分析,建立了基于平衡计分卡的IT项目绩效评价体系,并根据评价结果运用熵权法对指标进行赋权,做到主观评分和客观赋权相结合,从而增强了评价的合理性和科学性。
This article analyzes the character of IT project, and provides an evaluation based on balanced scorecard. And then an entropy method is used to give the weights of the evaluation indicators based on the evaluation, so that the performance evaluation can be more rational and scientific.
