颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形+侧块钉棒系统内固定植骨融合术的临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的初步评估颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形+侧块钉棒系统内固定植骨融合术的临床疗效。方法对8例脊髓型颈椎病伴颈椎不稳的患者施行颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形+侧块钉棒系统内固定植骨融合术治疗。结果术中操作顺利,无神经及血管损伤,全部病例得到随访,平均随访时间16个月,所有患者未出现内固定相关的并发症,术后无螺钉松动、断裂,植骨区全部骨性融合,JOA评分改善率显著。结论该术式丰富了颈椎病的治疗手段,操作安全,固定可靠,疗效显著,是治疗脊髓型颈椎病伴颈椎不稳的良好方法。
