A new recognition:systems blood rapid innate immune response

摘要 Systems blood innate immunology is a recent research field that,under the large umbrella of systems biology,aims to study the blood innate immune system in a more integrated perspective on how entities and players participate at different system levels to innate immune function.There is systems rapid innate immune response (SRIIR) to immunogen in human blood circulation.Through in-vitro detection method of SRITR to cancer cells,we can rapidly determine significant changes of various blood cell immune indicators (including adherent rate,CD35,CXCR4 etc).The complement and CR1 (CD35) on red blood cells play vital roles in SRIIR.The finding has great theoretical and practical application value in systems immunology research.
