摘要
回流灌肠法是小儿先天性巨结肠根治术术前肠道准备的主要护理工作之一，直接关系到手术的效果。回流灌肠的目的是使结肠内粪块逐渐排干净，减轻腹胀，改善营养，提高机体免疫力，减少手术并发症。总结１９９４～１９９７年，以动物实验为依据，用电动低负压回流灌洗法代替手工回流灌洗法。并采用随机分组法比较电动与手工二种方法的效果，认为电动低负压回流灌洗效率高，能达到肠道清洁、干净。
Reflux enema is one of the essential nursing procedures in intestinal preparation for infantile Hirschsprung's disease,with a direct relation to the effect of operation.The purpose of reflux enema is to get the feces lump in colon defecated gradually so as to decrease abdominal distention and to improve the nutrition and to increase the immunity of the body as well as to lessen operative complications.It's concluded in the article that slight electric suction had been applied to substitute for manual operation in reflux enema on the basis of animal experiment from 1994 to 1997.After comparison of the effects of both methods with eletric and manual operation in random groups,it's thought that reflux enema with slight eletrictc suction is more efficient to help to get the intestinal tract clean and clear safely.
