摘要
本文从网络治理机制探讨企业孵化器网络化演进的基本特征，认为内部资源配置效率和外部资源的协调效率是保证企业孵化器功能的主要内容，建立在孵化企业集群和孵化器集群基础上的网络联系是网络组织形成的经济动因。基于上述分析，并结合我国企业孵化器网络化发展的实际情况，本文探讨了在我国形成完善、健全的孵化器网络体系过程中应该注意的相关问题。
By investigating the basic characteristics of business incubator network evolution based on the mechanism of network governance, this paper points out that the efficiency of internal resource allocation and the coordinated efficiency of exterior resources are the main contents to guarantee the function of business incubator, and that the economic reason for the formation of network organization is the network relationship which is established on the incubator enterprise cluster and incubator cluster. According to the above analysis and the current situation of business incubator network development in China, the paper discusses the related issues which should be paid attention to during the process of forming perfect and healthy business incubator network systems.
