摘要
以扇蕨(Neocheiropteris palmatopedata)茎尖为试验材料,通过组织培养技术,进行了绿色小球(GGB)的诱导和植株再生试验。结果表明:B5+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L(蔗糖2%)适合于诱导绿色小球(GGB);适合于绿色小球的增殖培养基是B5+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L(蔗糖2%)和B5+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L(蔗糖2%);适合于芽生长的培养基是B5+NAA 0.1 mg/L+活性碳1 g/L(蔗糖2%)和B5+NAA 0.2 mg/L+活性碳1 g/L(蔗糖2%);1/2B5+NAA 0.5 mg/L(蔗糖2%)培养基适合于诱导生根,生根率可达100%。
With shoot tip of Neocheiropteris palmatopedata (Baker) Christ as the study materials, through tissue culture technology,for the Green Globular Body(GGB)induction and plantlet regeneration of Neockeiropteris palmatopedata were studied. This experiment showed that the most proper medium for inducing green globular bodies(GGB) was B5+ 6-BA1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0. 5 mg/L(sucrose 2%) ,the medium for multiplying GGB was B5+6-BA 0. 5 mg/L+NAA 0. 5 mg/L(suerose 2%)and B5+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L(sucrose 2%) ,the medium for GGB to shoot was B5+ NAA 0.1 mg/L(aetivated carbon 0. 1%+sucrose 2%)和+-NAA 0. 2 mg/L(activated carbon 0. 1%+-sucrose 2%), 1/2B5+NAA 0. 5 mg/L(sucrose 2%)was good for rooting,the rooting rate was 100%.
