摘要
分析了塑料模设计过程,将并行工程思想应用于塑料模设计中,以解释结构模型法(ISM)为基础,划分了模具设计中各活动的级别,经过优化重组,得到了能体现并行设计特点的塑料模设计过程结构模型,反映了并行环境下塑料模设计过程的规律。
The design process of mould for plastics was analyzed. A new design method was proposed in which concurrent engineering technique was adopted and the activity levels of mould design were partitioned based on interpretive structural modeling theory. Through optimal recombination, a structure model of the design procedure of mould for plastics that can reflect features of concurrent design and design rules was obtained.
