摘要 介绍了开发的莱钢集团板带厂1500mm热连轧线热轧工艺润滑系统的组成及良好的应用效果。应用热轧工艺润滑后,可以降低轧辊磨损20%~40%,降低轧制力10%~20%,轧机主电机电流亦相应降低,实现节能降耗,同时改善带钢表面质量。该系统采用喷嘴小孔径技术,吨钢油耗量指标国内领先;在控制系统中设置了独有的喷嘴清洗防堵塞技术。 The roll gap lubrication system and its good effects were introduced,which was used for lubricating work roll gap of 1 500 mm hot strip mills of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group. After using the system, roller wear is reduced by 20% to 40% , and roiling force by 10% to 20%. Motor current becomes lower to get a result of energy saving, and the strip surface quality is improved. The system adopts nozzles with small internal diameter, its oil consumption of per ton of steel is less than most of domestic systems. The nozzle cleaning circuit is specially designed to prevent nozzles from blocking.
