Hydrogen Production by Means of Natural Gas Catalytic Pyrolysis

摘要 通过对水蒸气重整工艺和天然气裂解工艺进行比较,无论在流程、投资及环保等方面裂解工艺都优于水蒸气重整工艺。综述了天然气催化裂解制氢的影响因素以及催化剂的失活与再生。对影响甲烷催化裂解活性的因素如催化剂种类、载体种类、反应条件等方面进行了详细的论述,并针对我国目前的现状提出了合理的建议。 Compared with steam reforming,natural gas catalytic pyrolysis had the advantage in terms of process,investment,and environmental protection.Factors influencing catalytic pyrolysis,and deactivation and regeneration of catalyst were summarized.Factors influencing the operability of methane catalytic pyrolysis such as kinds of catalyst and its support ,and reaction conditions were described in detail.Reasonable suggestions for current situation in China were put forward.
