摘要
本研究采用卵清蛋白致敏后诱发哮喘的动物模型,用放射免疫分析法测定经耳针电疗预防、治疗的哮喘豚鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、磷酯酶A2(PLA2)的含量变化。结果表明:哮喘组、治疗组的血清TNF含量比正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01);防治组的也比正常对照组升高(P<0.05),但其升高幅度低于哮喘组Z哮喘组的血清PLA2含量比正常对照组、预防组都明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。
Allergic asthma of guinea pigs was induced by introduction of ovalbumin and was treated with electric ear acupuncture therapy. Their serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and phospholipase A2(PLA2) levels were measured by radioimmunoassay and were compared with that of the prevention and normal control groups. The results showed that serum TNF levels of the asthma of therapy or prevention groups were significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P < 0. 05). Furthermore, the TNF levels of the therapy and prevention groups were lower than that of the asthma group (P < 0. 05 ). Serum PLA2 of the asthma group was markedly higher than that of both the prevention and normal control groups, while no significant changes of PLA2 were observed between the therapy or prevention and normal control groups.
