自体髌韧带与同种异体髌韧带重建膝关节前交叉韧带的对比研究
摘要
膝关节前交叉韧带（ACL）是辅助膝关节稳定的重要结构，其作用在膝关节附属结构中最为重要，但其在运动及外伤过程中也最易受损断裂且自行修复能力极差。研究表明保守治疗50％～60％是失败的，直接缝合修补对大部分前交叉韧带损伤的患者是不合适的，
