摘要
从理论上分析了地震预警的条件,进行了地震信号采集、AD转换、GPS定位、GSM远程信号传输的电路设计。该设备具有观测点的可移动性、可精确定位、预警范围大、系统组网方便的特点。测试表明,该设计电路能够完成信号的采集与传输。此外,讨论了地震预警系统组织和信息发布中存在的问题,提出了地震预警信号的非正式发布和正式发布折衷解决方案。
After earthquake pre -alarm condition is analyzed theoretically, the circuits of earthquake signal collection, AD signal transform, GPS signal collection and GSM communication are designed. Its characteristics are removability, and finding site exact, pre-alarm area large, organizing network system easy. Test shows that the circuit is able to complete signal collection and transport. Furthermore, the problem on earthquake pre-alarm system framework and message issue is discussed, and an eclectic solution issuing message on the earthquake pre-alarm in informality and formality is also bring forwarded.
