摘要
如何通过调整制丝线关键工艺参数来保证烟支物理指标、产品质量稳定性一直是卷烟工艺面临的重点问题。针对两者之间存在着复杂的非线性关系问题,本文改变传统分析方法,采用多种统计分析方法、特征选择、M5P模型树等方法对关键工艺水分与烟支水分影响规律进行探索研究,挖掘出重要的关联规则,该实验结果表明,该分析方法的有效性和可行性,得出的水分分析模型能有效辅助技术人员在工艺标准修订时提供技术支撑。
It is a key problem faced by tobacco industry that how to ensure Stability of physical index of tobacco rod and product quality through adjusting key parameters in tobacco processing line.Aiming to the complex nonlinear relation between them,the traditional correlation analysis method was changed,and statistical analysis methods,Feature Selection and M5P model tree method were applied to study on the Influence Rules between water of key Process and Moisture Content of tobacco rod.Moreover,the important association rules were found.The results showed that the analysis method is effective and feasible.Water analysis model can provide technical support in Revising the technology standard.
