摘要
磁共振脑功能成像研究过程中,被试头部的微小移动是很难避免的,但几百微米的移动就会对实验结果产生影响,因此需要在对数据进行统计分析时对不同的时间序列的图像进行移动偏差校正。本研究通过计算参考图像与被校图像之间残差平方和的极值找到移动变换参数。
Head motion is unavoidable during brain functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI),and even a few hundred milimeters motion may influence results of imaging.Therefore,it is necessary to correct head motion affects when doing statistical analysis for image date of different time sequences.In order to correct the head motion in images.it was tried to find out some transformation parameters by calculating the minimum standard deviation between the reference image and the image being corrected.
