摘要
给出一种处理非期望产出的环境效率评价模型,一方面解决了投入松弛性的问题,另一方面也解决了非期望产出存在下的效率评价问题,且模型能够避免量纲不同和角度选择的差异带来的偏差和影响.最后通过实证说明模型的有效性.
This paper presents a model to evaluate the Eco-efficiency （SBM-NS） On the one hand, the problem of slacks of the inputs and outputs are resolved; On the other hand, the problem of efficiency evaluation is also resolved. In addition, the model has a non-dimensional and non-angle characteristics, witch can avoid the bias and influence brought about by the different selection of dimension and perspective. Finally, we use a empirical study to description the validity.
