摘要
目前国内污水处理项目价格计算方法没有充分起到对水资源供需关系的调控作用。本文提出了BOT结合BT厂网共建模式污水/回水处理基础价格计算模型,构建出城市供水水价、污水处理、管网配套、回水回用费用间合理的比价关系,对水资源供需关系进行科学调控,形成有效的环保激励机制。
Nowadays,the valuation model of wastewater treatment project on domestic couldn＇ t play its full regulatory effect to the supply-demand relation of water resources.This article proposes the basic price calculation model to the wastewater and backwater treatment of plant-network co-construction in the BOT and BT mode,and then construct reasonable relative between the urban water supply price,wastewater treatment,pipe network matching and backwater reused cost,which can scientific adjustment the supply-demand relation of water resources and formed an effective incentive mechanism of environmental protection price.
