摘要
用HE、PAS与Alcian蓝-PAS染色法对正常牛、天然牛黄牛和胆囊培育牛黄牛的肝与胆道系统组织化学进行了比较研究。天然与胆囊培育牛黄牛的肝有点状炎性病变;胆道粘膜上皮脱落,粘膜炎症,腺体分泌亢进。牛黄由胆红素和中性、酸性粘多糖颗粒组成。牛黄的分泌形成:(1)牛胆汁由肝细胞和胆道粘膜腺体所分泌。(2)肝与胆道感染、粘膜受损和β-G酶作用,游离胆红素增多,与钙结合形成胆红素钙结合物;肝与胆道腺体分泌糖蛋白与中性、酸性粘多糖和胆红素钙颗粒形成牛黄。
By HE, PAS and alcian blue staining methods the authors have performed the comparative histochemical observations on the livers and biliary tract systems of normal ox, ox whose gall bladder contains natural calculus bovis and ox, whose gall bladder is used to culture calculus bovis, and on calculus bovis. They suggest that the causes of secretion and formation of calculus bovis are as follows: (1) The bovine bile is secreted by the hepatocytes and glands of biliary tracts. (2) The liver cell and the glands of biliary tracts secrete glycoprotein, acid mucopolysaccharide and bilirubin to confine forming calculus.
