摘要
报告15例鼻中隔脓肿,其中2例在抗生素治疗和手术引流后并发细菌性脑膜炎和脑脓肿;1例并发败血症。本组病例均治愈。讨论了本病的发病机理、并发症、诊断及治疗原则。作者认为,及时治疗可避免鼻畸形或颅内感染;治疗原则是诊断性针吸、应用大剂量抗生素和手术引流。
Fifteen cases of abscesses in the nasal septum are reported. Severe intracranial infections i.e. bacterial meningitis and brain abscess, occurred in two cases after treatment with antibiotics and surgical drainage, and sepsis developed in one case. The complications in the 3 cases were all cured successfully. The pathophysiology, complications, diagnosis. and treatment are discu ssed. lmmediate treatment is indicated to avoid cosmetic deformity or intracra nial infection. Treatment is based on diagnostic needle aspiration, antibiotics and surgical drainage.
